Illegally parked vehicles are ticketed at all times.
All students, faculty, staff, 和 visitors must register their vehicle license plates when purchasing parking permits. The SBCCD Police Department will utilize automated license plate readers to verify parking permits are issued to vehicles parked on the 校园. Student, staff, 和 daily parking permits are valid at San Bernardino Valley College, 九州体育平台入口, 和 The District office.
学生 may change their permit using a different license plate for the permit if their primary permitted vehicle is unavailable.
A valid virtual semester or daily parking permit is required for all vehicles parking on campus (except government vehicles). G比赛 periods may be implemented at the beginning 每学期的.
工作人员 permits are required for all staff stalls/lots. Vehicles parked in staff stalls without a staff permit will be cited.
Student permits are sold by semester.
How to Purchase a 停车 Permit (pdf)
Any person who operates or parks a motor vehicle on District property is subject to District 停车 和 Traffic Regulations 和 the provisions of the California Motor 车辆代码. The SBCCD parking regulations can be found in Administrative Procedure 6750.

To purchase a parking permit click on the link at the top of the page.
You will need: A valid credit or debit card.
The vehicle Make, Model, Year, Color, License Plate #, State of Issue 和 an Email address.
Daily permits may be purchased from the link above or by scanning the QR Code on the 停车场标志. You may purchase a daily permit with cash at a daily permit dispenser in selected parking lots (locations of dispensers are identified on the daily parking permit signs in each parking lot).

How do I submit for a refund?
To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must request a refund within the first 2 weeks of the fall or spring semesters or within the first week of their late start class. To request a refund, send an email to clientrelations@phxgis.com

Visitor parking is limited to the amount of time indicated on the sign at the individual visitor parking stalls (30, 45, 和 60 minutes). Please click on the 停车场 link on this page for locations. If the visit will be longer than the allowable time, visitors must purchase a daily permit 和 move the vehicle to a student lot. 没有学生 or staff is allowed in visitor parking stalls at any time for any reason.

摩托车s 和 other two-wheeled powered vehicles are limited to designated motorcycle 停车区域. 摩托车 parking in these designated spaces does not require a permit.
